of the QL Series From Zebra Technologies.
PLATTSBURG,
NY, June 10, 2003 - EZTag, a full
service parking enforcement solutions provider, annouced
today that is has expanded it line of mobile printers
with the introductions of two QL Series mobile printers,
the QL320 & QL420.
The
QL Series incorporates many features that make it such
a popular series. Weighing about 2lbs. (907g), the QL
Series offers center-loading media, print speeds of
up to four-inches-per-second, a long-lasting Lithium-Ion
battery, and an optional LCD panel. Users also can opt
for a forklift mount and fanfold bin, as these printers
can handle fanfold materials for extended media capacity.

wireless communication, EZTag felt that it
was only a natural progression to update our mobile

withstand these rigors, the QL series offers the widest
range of communications options in the industry-from
cable to wireless networking. With easily interchangeable
QuickLink radio modules, these printers can be configured
for 802.11b wireless LAN via Compact Flash or PCMCIA
and additional modules support for WI/FI and BluetoothTM
protocols.
The
recent focus on data security in the retail, healthcare,
and travel industries, has made it critical to support
enhanced security protocols in any device connected
to a network. Protecting our customers' data is critical.
The QL series of mobile printers have been developed
to support 128-bit WEP encryption as well as custom
protocols including LEAP and Kerberos.
