Asset Management System (AMS) is a comprehensive software application that gives you the ability to manage and maintain your enforcment operation assets. You can view, sort, and filter the collected data, and export it to other applications for custom viewing or customer billing purposes. AMS operates from your company network and includes an interface to essential functions via the web. Extensive user customization capabilities allows you to configure host operation for virtually any installation and management requirement.

Asset inventory includes location by area, asset number, route and sequence, and maintenance route and sequence. Fields are available to record variations in assets, to further differentiate and streamline operations.

Maintenance history includes fields for recording claims generators and comments, and a host of other points pretinent to you operations. User defined maintenance codes include flagging for special processing (i.e. automatic history records using the handheld computer for communications), and status of job (open-closed). Open jobs may be reported to generate work orders for maintenance staff.
